Returns & Refunds policy

Artworks are non-returnable. An exception can be made if agreed upon in advance.

I will prepare and ship the artwork within 1–5 business days.

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your artwork is shipped. If you need to receive the artwork by a specific date, please contact me.

Please note that artworks CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED under any circumstances, unless they are damaged by the courier during delivery. In such cases, the person delivering the artwork must issue a document indicating the damage caused during delivery. Please email me a copy of this document along with photos showing the damage, so that I can find a solution to address it.

Be cautious and check for any damage before the courier leaves!

Please note that any damage occurring to the artwork after delivery will not be accepted.
